Realizing Excellence through Academic & Creative Help Mesa Verde & Painted Sky Elementary Schools REACH is the Amphitheater School District's name for gifted services. We serve the needs of those students identified as gifted in the verbal, quantitative, or non-verbal areas. To qualify for gifted services, a student must score in the 97th percentile or higher on at least one area of an ability test.
