With its sloping green lawns and well-maintained desert landscape, Cross Middle School is located on a sprawling ten acres situated near the base of the picturesque Catalina Mountains. 

The academic section of the school spirals out in four directions from a central courtyard, with each of the first three hubs dedicated to a different grade level and the fourth hub comprising a separate science area.   

The large campus boasts several outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a running track,  well-groomed playing fields, as well as indoor volleyball and basketball courts.
