The students had a wonderful time learning about how a presidential campaign works. We watched several speeches on television and observed the election at home through the newspaper and on television. |

Holidays Around the World
We spent several weeks learning about England, Scotland and Medieval Times. The students used part of their Winter Intercession creating castles. Ms. Rodriguez kindly displayed these projects in the library for all to admire. |

Luckily for third grade, Ms. Peggy Steffens of our Technology Department was a Fullbright Scholar participant and traveled to Japan in November. Ms. Steffens came to visit Nash and we had a wonderful visit learning all about Japan and her trip. You can read all about her trip at Experience Japan .
