To copy the window or screen contents

1.  To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN (next to the F12 key).
 

2.  To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.

3.  To paste the image into a document, open a word processing program, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste

 

4.  Click the print button.
