
Brief Description
Students will be researching their chosen animal on the Internet. They will be making a web via Kidspiration of the information found. Third, they will type out their final draft. Lastly, they will decide how they want to present their animal research to their peers.

2. Teacher
will pass out the info sheet about the animal
project and discuss the following:
3. Teacher will introduce
the website used for the animal research and show the students around this
site.
4. Teacher will demonstrate
how to make a web on Kidspiration or on another type of program by creating
an example.
5. Students can print out
their web so that they can use it to type their research Teacher
can demonstrate how the web can be used as a tool for writing.
6. Students will be given the amount of time needed to complete their presentation. They will need to refer to the info sheet for guidelines and expectations.
7. Students making up the audience will be required to write down 2 facts that they found interesting about the animal presented. This is to demonstrate listening skills.
