By Jamie Gurule Summer Schedule Graphics and Printing will suspend daily deliveries on Wednesday May 31st. Please make sure to have all orders for the summer ready for pick up on Tuesday, May 30th. Weekly deliveries will be on Wednesdays beginning, June 7th. Please call no later than 10 am on Wednesdays for pick ups otherwise drop orders off between 7 am and 5 pm weekdays or send your order through interoffice mail. Daily deliveries will restart on Monday, August 1st. Summer Jobs We are now accepting summer print jobs. Please make sure that all work orders have 2006-2007 written at the top of the form. Please submit work you will need for August and September only. Work orders need to be approved and include a summer contact number in case we have questions.Money Saving Tips ã Use 65# or 67# Color Card Stock over 110# White. ã Have jobs completed double sided instead of single.ã Tape Bind instead of Spiral Bind. ã When able, avoid using NCR. ã Get permission before submitting color copies |
