Viewing Attachments in Outlook

Just a little helpful hint – sometimes when we get a new computer or have a computer re-imaged, the attachment default switches to a format that most people don’t like.  What to do?

If you open an attachment in Outlook and it views in a two-page format that you wish to change, go to Word, and click on Tools, General Tab, and UNCHECK the box on the right hand side that says, “Allow starting in Reading Layout.”

Your attached documents will now look just like you’d expect them to look.
