SUMMER SCHEDULE
Summer is closing in on us and although schools are closed or
working with a skeleton staff, Graphics and Printing will still
be working full force. Beginning June 1st daily
deliveries and pick ups will be suspended until August 6th.
However, we will pick up on an ON CALL basis on Thursdays. All
other orders may be sent via interoffice mail.
STUDENT HANDBOOKS and
ENROLLMENT MATERIALS
All student handbooks and enrollment materials for the 2007-2008
school year are due in to Graphics and Printing
no later than July 2nd
to guarantee delivery before the first day of school.
SUMMER WORK SUBMISSION
Please do not submit any jobs to be billed to the current year
but to be used for next school year until after May 21st.
Any jobs to be billed to next fiscal year may be turned in any
time with “2007-2008”
written at the top. Please remember that these jobs will not be
returned to the sites until after July 1st.
When submitting summer work, please ONLY submit the items that
you will need for August and September. Any items that are not
for these months will be returned incomplete.
Please make sure that the following is completed on all work
orders:

Due to the large volume of A-Z Readers orders that are
received in the summer, please limit your orders to what YOU
WILL need for AUGUST only. |
