Out and Keep Close To Your Phone)

There are
many options you have while listening to messages in your voice
mailbox. These options are as follows:

Press (1)
to skip backward five seconds in a message

Press (#)
to pause a message during playback
-
Press (2)
to continue playback after it is paused
-
Press (3)
to skip forward five seconds in a message
-
Press (4)
to go back to the previous message
-
Press (6)
to skip to the next message
-
Press (9)
to call the sender of the message being listened to
-
Press (71)
to record a reply to sender –do this immediately after listening
to the message.

Press (73)
to forward and copy a message to another extension-- do this
during or immediately after listening to the message.

Press (76)
to delete the message. Note: pressing (76) again will
restore deleted message only within current session.
