The MIS office would like to extend an open invitation to all SASI users to utilize our SASI/SAIS users workshops held every Wednesday, 2 pm – 4 pm, room 106, Wetmore Center. This session is always available on a drop in basis and the topic(s) is always your choice!

Two important dates: the 40^th day is Thurs. Oct 4^th, and the 100^th day is Jan. 24^th.

I would like to congratulate all the Registrars, Attendance Clerks and Administrative Assistants for their diligence in getting that pesky SAIS data corrected and ready for upload every week. It has been a nice surprise. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! A special congratulations to Pat Walsh at Mesa Verde and Rosemary Caldwell at Rillito Center for having completely error free initial uploads to SAIS!!! – Quite an achievement! (Last year's congrats went to Donaldson).

We have many helpful documents on how to do various things in SASI (….in case you forget), on our MIS web page: Go to the MIS page and click on “important files” (http://www.amphi.com/departments/sis/filesportal.html) to find step-by-step manuals, and other “HOW TO” documents. We also have other useful information for you or your administrators (we have prior year 100^th day enrollment statistics, etc. too!)

On a final note, I am very sad to announce that Penny Collins has left the District, and we wish her well on her move.  We will all miss her very much!
