NASA Picture Scramblers
Objectives:
Academic:
Students will be able to follow the teacher's directions, read directions at the site,
unscramble picture squares, reassemble them correctly, and identify the pictures.

Pre-Requisite Technology:
Students should be familiar 'with basic technology skills such as using the mouse,
keyboard, technology vocabulary, and URLs.
Materials:
1. Computers with Internet access.
2. URL site Take Five at http://www.mattoon.kl2.il.us/lincoln/takefive.htm.
Procedure:
1. Open your browser to the Internet and type the URL for Take Five, which is http://www.matoon.kl2.il.us/lincoln/takefive.htm.
2. Click on PLAY A BRAIN GAME, then click on NASA PICTURE SCRAMBLERS to get to the game.
3. Unscramble and rearrange the picture squares into the correct position by clicking on and dragging a picture to the right place.
4. Click on HINT for a quick look at the whole picture if you need assistance.
5. Click on NEW PICTURE when you want to change the pictures.
6. You can increase the difficulty and have more picture squares by clicking on NUMBER OF PIECES and a larger number.
7. Students should be studying about space in order to be able to identi.6-r:ah-"~tv'n derstand the pictures.
Assesment:
The teacher will monitor and observe the students unscrambling the NASA pictures.
Students will identify and describe the pictures to the teacher.
