Read or given a printed handout of the following information to your students:
Click on your internet browser. The left side of the screen shows scrambled letters that spell a word related to computers. Read the definition under the word. Unscramble the word to answer the question. Type in your results and hit "enter." Try again if you are incorrect. The right side of the screen shows a scrambled sentence. If you get a wrong answer, the sentence will give you a clue by putting one letter for each wrong answer in capital letters. You will have several trys to spell the word correctly.
When you spell the word correctly, the computer will let you know. Click on the words "next word" to unscramble your next word.
When you are finished, look at your score. Did you get at least 15 out of 20? Play the game again until you reach 20/20. Good luck!
When you have reached a perfect score click on the link "Games" to return to the main menu. Scroll down to the heading "Words." Explore the other spelling related games.
