Defining Moment in my Education
I developed a passion for learning languages and travel when I was a foreign exchange student in Spain, between my sophomore and junior year in high school. I decided to become a teacher after going to a conference in college on endangered languages.
Core Education Beliefs
My goal is to help all of my students prepare for college and the workforce.
I believe all students can thinking critically, and will need this skill in the 21st Century.
I believe that everyone needs to see how they can use what they have learned in the classroom in real life.
I also believe that learning an additional language is a vital skill.
