About Me

Welcome to my page! My name is Eric Rossi and I teach history here at Canyon del Oro High School.  I pride myself on providing rigorous and relevant lessons that bring history into focus.  I strongly believe that all students can be successful and push all of my students to achieve and strive for success. I am a graduate of CDO and have coached for CDO football since 2009.

Defining Moment in Education

My defining moment in education occurred when I received an note from a professor that said "Your intelligence will only take you so far, make sure that your enthusiasm matches your knowledge."  This gave me the motivation I needed to get myself in gear and start achieving in my education.  After that moment I carried an "A" grade point average and am forever thankful for the note that changed my mindset.
