• This course prepares the individual to apply advanced knowledge and skills to prepare customer documents. The course includes units of instruction in specialized camera and equipment operation and maintenance, applications to commercial and industrial needs and photography business operations. Students will explore units of instruction in applied visual arts that prepares the individual to use basic artistic techniques to effectively communicate ideas and information to business and customer audiences through the recording of events and people, via digital photography.     Their blogs are going to be used as an example, as well as an inspirational tool for my Photo Imaging students. In an attempt to build individual portfolios that are focused and thematic, as well as conceptual, students will build a case study style photoblog. Students will use their blogs to express ideas and questions for and about this course. All completed assignments will be posted on their blogs and critiques, self evaluations, and peer evaluations will accompany those photographs.
