• Math

    Our Math program is Everyday Math. This curriculum has the students playing math games almost everyday. Then we also have Dream Box which is an online component.

     

    Science

    Our science program is Project Lead the Way and Picture Perfect Stem. Throughout the year, your child will create different projects using science and engineering skills. 

     

    Language Arts

    Our Language Arts programs are Engage New York and Step Up to Writing. For our reading program we read Esperanza Rising, Red Rooftop Inn, Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief, and 8 Days of Haiti.

     

    Social Studies

    Our Social Studies will be implemented in our Language Arts program as well as an Economic Unit. We discuss financial literacy, community and business, job readiness, buisiness prep, civil rights and other historical events.
