Degrees and Certifications:

Mr. James Reynolds

My name is James (Jim) Reynolds and I am in my fifth year of teaching grades 6-8 physical education at Wilson K-8 School. My wife, Linda, I moved to Marana during the summer of 2015 after living in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for over fifty years. We have two children who we moved out west to be closer to. Ryan lives in Tucson and is the Director of Men's Basketball at the University of Arizona. Erica lives in Denver, Colorado and is a physical therapist. We are excited to be in the desert and look forward to spending more time with our children and exploring the western United States. I am thrilled to be a member of the teaching staff at Wilson K-8 school and part of the Amphitheater School District.

I am very fortunate that at the young age of ten years-old to discover a passion towards teaching and coaching. As my school years progressed I never wavered from that passion. My experience in education was filled with teachers and coaches who inspired and motivated me to become a teacher and coach. I am most grateful to all who have made a difference in my life.

I have strived throughout my own teaching and coaching career to inspire all students to be the absolute best they can be. I am in awe of many of my former students as I witness the extraordinary lives they lead in adulthood. I am most fortunate to have such a relationship rich life!
