    Welcome to Sports Conditioning. This is for our athletes who are interested in becoming stronger, faster, and conscience about their health. These students are expected to be extremely self motivated--the more motivated they are the more results they will see. Activities we will do include: weight lifiting; muscle identification; goal setting; aerobics; yoga; nutrition; injury prevention; circuit training; etc.
