The Governing Board office collects written or printed materials sent to Board members. Responses from Board Members for attendance at events are sent to the appropriate department as deemed necessary.
Materials sent to Board Members for Board meetings must be submitted to the Governing Board office by Monday of the week before the scheduled meeting. Materials are included in information packets sent to Governing Board Members prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
