The Governing Board Secretary collects written or printed materials sent to Board members. Materials to be distributed to Board Members must be submitted to the Board Secretary by Wednesday of the week before the scheduled meeting. Materials are included in information packets sent to Governing Board Members prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
