Prerequisites: Journalism or instructor approval
Students are Iron Quill staff members and editors. This is a computer lab course in which students apply techniques learned in Journalism to produce a high quality, journalistic newspaper for the student body. The course also covers marketing and sales issues related to publication. Superior writing or photography skills are required. Students have opportunities to attend national journalism conventions. After school work sessions are necessary to meet deadlines.
This is an elective course and may be repeated for credit.
