Welcome to Nash. We are the home of the Roadrunners.  I am the Physical Education Teacher Coach AJ.  I look forward to working with you and your child this school year.  I am a University of Arizona graduate. Go Wildcats! Our goal is to make every student College Bound. 

Defining Moment in my Education

My family members have been educators for years.  We all enjoy teaching.  So, for me teaching and doing sports came naturally.  I remember in 3rd grade when I had a dynamic teacher that taught me that I can be anything or do anything.  Learning was engaging and made us think outside the box. I want to convey that to my students in a fun nurturing Physical Education classroom setting. 

Core Educational Belief

My goal is to make Physical Education fun and engaging so it becomes a lifestyle trait that they take into adulthood.  Having a healthy body is important to overall wellbeing.  I believe that mistakes should be seen as opportunities to grow and learn.  I believe that Physical Education should give children an opportunity to engage in various types of sports or activities. This can lead to lifelong learners.
