When Should A Student Take The PSAT?

We recommend that students take the PSAT in October of their Sophomore & Junior years. This test is a great preparation for the SAT and it is the only test that can qualify you for the National Merit Scholarship.

When Should A Student Take The SAT/SAT II/ACT?

We recommend that students take the SAT or the ACT in the Spring of their Junior Year. It is a good idea to do this rather than wait until your senior year as it leaves you plenty of time for a second try if you're not happy with your score. It also leaves you time to focus on your college application in the Fall of your Senior year.

I Want To Take The SAT/SATII/ACT, But I Am Not Financially Able To Pay For The Test, What Can I Do?

The SAT/SATII/ACT tests do have the ability to be taken with a fee waiver. In order to learn more about fee waivers, please come and talk to your counselor in the counseling office.

How do I register for the SAT/SATII /ACT?

You will need to create a username and password at the registration sites. In addition to registering for the exams, you can also take practice exams and view your scores.
