Open Enrollment for Innovation Academy
To be added to our open enrollment waitlist, please review the following dates and then submit the open enrollment form below.
Open Enrollment Process for the 2019-2020 school year:
- January 15th - Application Deadline – Anytime from now until January 15th you may submit the Open Enrollment paperwork to our district office using the submit link on the form or you may mail them to Innovation Academy at 825 W. Desert Fairways, Oro Valley, AZ 85755.
- Applications received after the January 15th deadline will be in “Group B” waitlist.
- January 18th – Lottery Drawing – We will hold a lottery drawing on January 18th to fill the available spots for the 2019-2020 school year.
- January 22nd – Acceptance Letters and Waitlist letters sent – Letters will be sent informing parents that their child(ren) has been accepted at Innovation Academy OR what their number is on the waitlist for their grade. We will not give this information over the phone. Please be sure your mailing address is correct on your Open Enrollment paperwork so you will receive the letter.
- February 8th – Deadline for Registration Paperwork – Once accepted, you will need to complete and turn in all Registration paperwork for your child to attend Innovation Academy in the fall. Families who do not meet this deadline will lose their spot and we will begin calling families from the waiting list.
- Families on the original waitlist AND the Group B waitlist will be informed if/when they have been accepted.
