Welcome to my Kindergarten classroom!  Early childhood is my passion and I love being a part of the Kindergarten team here at Innovation Academy!  

Our family has lived all over the world as we moved for my husband's career in the US Army as an Apache Helicopter Pilot.  Most recently we lived in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates where I taught 1st grade at the American International school that our children attended.  Before that, I taught Kindergarten and First grade Gifted and Talented in Texas and Kindergarten in Georgia.  I was born and raised in Phoenix and graduated from ASU (Go Sun Devils) and started my teaching career in Phoenix teaching First Grade.  Living in so many countries and states was an incredible experience, but we are happy to have settled down here in Oro Valley and are in love with the area.  

I believe that every student has the ability to learn and be successful in school.  In order for students to make these achievements, parents and teachers need to work together as one team or village.  I'm so blessed to be in this incredible village and I'm thankful for the support I get from the parents and community at Innovation Academy.
