My name is Marleyna Pinon and I am a certified athletic trainer, teacher, and gym owner.  Regardless of the hat I am wearing each day, I am committed to educating and sharing my passion for better health!  I am a former college athlete and spent all 4 years of my undergraduate career playing softball.  After I received my bachelor’s, I managed to get into the Master of Athletic Training program at Texas Tech University.  Afterwards, I came to IRHS to teach and cover athletics as an athletic trainer.  Today,  I am full-time teaching and running my gym.  I am extremely excited to begin this year with you and hope that, if there’s anything you get out of this class, it’s how to live a healthier, happier life alongside being an outstanding and professional member of society!
