Core Educational Beliefs:      Student well-being is my primary concern, even over curriculum.  The social and emotional welfare of students is at my core, and I care deeply about helping each student grow in confidence, maturity, and perseverence, so they can each become the best human being possible.  Each student has a different motivation, learning style, and reason for putting their best, or not-so-best, foot forward and that is what I believe is the most vital aspect of success.  Getting to know my students is the best part of my job and being a part of their growth, education, and future is what motivates me to be the best teacher I can be.
