Prior Experience

This is my 13th year in education. I have taught both fifth grade and third grade. Most recently I was supporting teachers and administrators as a curriculum specialist and instructional coach. I am excited to be be back in the classroom this year as a third grade teacher!

Why I am committed to Amphi

I am product of Amphitheater Schools. I graduated from Amphi High School and attended La Cima Middle School and Rio Vista Elementary. Amphi feels like home to me.

Defining Moment in my Education

I was inspired to become a teacher by my fifth grade teacher. She was patient, supportive, and challenged us all to stretch our minds to achieve more than we thought we could. I aspire to be that kind of teacher.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy cooking, baking, and painting. Most of all I enjoy quality time with my family.
