The Mesa Verde Health Office is staffed by our Health Aide, Suzanne Trillo.

Ms. Trillo is First Aid, CPR/AED certified and she is available to students who are ill or injured during school hours.

To help keep your child healthy, please make sure your child has a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they drink plenty of water. Keep your children home if they have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, have diarrhea, or have been vomiting. If your child experiences any of these ailments at school, s/he will be sent home and will not be permitted back to school until fever (or symptom) free for 24 hours.

If your child contracts a contagious illness such as strep throat, pink eye, chicken pox, or head lice s/he may not return to school unless s/he have been medically treated and are symptom free. Please notify the Health Office staff at 520-696-6096.
