A friendly attitude and positive outlook. I am dedicated to making families feel a part of our close knit community. I also am committed to making staff feel appreciated because as teachers we sometimes forget how valued we are. 

Three things I am working on this school year are...

-Continuing to incorporate Kagan cooperative learning strategies into the classroom to spark student engagement and equity.

-Making time each day to compliment someone or give them positive feedback. We need to cheer each other on!

-Giving my students a VOICE and a CHOICE to empower learning.
