Christopher RJ Gabriel, Mr. G.     

I love all sports and my favorites are golf and baseball.  I have 2 boys. Joey is 14 and is here in 9th grade, Ricky is 17 and he is attending 12th grade here at CDO. Also, my daughter Cecilia just had my first grand baby Graceyn Nicole Hinton, two years ago April. Cecilia is a doctor of Sports Medicine and living in Wichita, Kansas along with her husband of 4 years, Skyler, who is a K9 sheriff.

This is my 15th year at CDO and I look forward to working with the students, parents and staff. I want to make learning fun and spark the interest in science and math in all of my students. Thank you for allowing me to influence your children. It’s good to be a Dorado!

Defining Moment in Education

Every time I see the light above the students head go on "I get it!" they exclaim. This lets me know that I am making a difference in a young person's life. I am very motivated by my peers.  The other teachers in my department, school, and district. The amount of time and effort teachers put in every year amazes me.

Core Educational Belief

I believe that education has many alternatives to allow for learning.  When something works, run with it. Try different ways of learning to reduce stress and try with all your heart to have fun learning.
