Teaching Philosophy

My goal is to offer a well-rounded education to my students by incorporating such subjects as anatomy, nutrition, current and healthy exercise trends, health awareness, goal setting, and self-reflection in all of my classes.  In Physical Education, students come to class with a range of ability levels, different learning styles, and pre-conceived notions of what “PE” is going to be like. Because of this huge range of ability levels, learning styles, and notions, I continuously look for ways to motivate and inspire ALL my students to develop a love for health and fitness.
