Born and raised in Wisconsin. Following college, I moved to Tucson and worked as a golf professional. After working in the golf business for a decade, I returned to college and earned a master's degree in secondary education. I have always enjoyed being involved in education. It has been a pleasure working at CDO and I look forward to many years ahead. Golf has continued to be a passion which has allowed me to continue being involved as the girls golf coach at CDO. History is a passion of mine and my desire is to be an approachable adult that helps lead students into future life endeavors.

My favorite moments in teaching are many, but I always enjoy receiving a note or letter from former students. It is great to get an update on what they are doing and also hearing about things they enjoyed and memories from my class. There are so many good kids and every year I have appreciated having new students become part of the story of my life.
