Welcome students and parents to the 2022-2023 school year!  This site is designed for students currently in my math classes, as well as their parents and guardians.  For the 22-23 school year I am teaching five sections of Algebra 2 (Periods 2, 3 & 5-7) and one section of Precalculus (Period 4). This year is my 25th year teaching math at CDO and my 28th year teaching overall. It is amazing how time flies!

Core Educational Beliefs

I believe that education is a life-long process. Humans need to be able to organize, understand and put information into use in their daily life. School is a vehicle that is used to teach people these critical thinking skills. Overall, Einstein said it best, "Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think."
