Mr. Ellis "Elías" M. Harper

¡Hola y Bienvenido!  Welcome to my resource page.  If you have any questions about the course, your grade, this webpage, or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact me using the information on the left.

Don't forget to practice your vocabulary for at least 30 minutes a week.  (A+ students practice at least 15 minutes a day.)

Defining Moment in my Education

I developed a passion for learning languages and travel when I was a foreign exchange student in Spain, between my sophomore and junior year in high school.   I decided to become a teacher after going to a conference in college on endangered languages.

Core Education Beliefs

My goal is to help all of my students prepare for college and the workforce.

I believe all students can thinking critically, and will need this skill in the 21st Century.

I believe that everyone needs to see how they can use what they have learned in the classroom in real life.

I also believe that learning an additional language is a vital skill.
