Registration and Course Selection for Current Ironwood Ridge Students



Annual Registration Documents:

Each year, students must complete and submit the documents listed below. Completion of these documents now will help us build students’ schedules and ensure they are enrolled in classes. To assist you, we have imbedded the following links that will allow you to directly access the forms.

After you complete each document, please use the “Save as” function on your computer to save the information you have entered and title the document using the following naming convention, this will allow our Registrar to keep your documents together as she completes your enrollment process.

Example: FirstName.LastName – Registration Form


Submitting Forms:

After you have completed the following documents, please email the documents directly to

  • Health form
  • Registration form


You may also mail the documents via U.S. Mail to Ironwood Ridge or drop them off at Ironwood Ridge’s Administration Building. Our office hours are 7:30a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

Completing and returning the forms as soon as possible may increase the likelihood students get their 1st choice of electives.

Summer Walk-Through Registration:

Ironwood Ridge will hold its annual Summer Walk-Through Registration during the weeks of July 19th – 23rd and July 26th – 30th.

During this event, students will be able to pick-up their textbooks, receive their Student ID, get their yearbook picture taken, purchase their yearbook, submit their On-Campus Parking Permit application (if applicable), meet with a counselor (if necessary), and learn about ProjectGrad or other school organizations.

Parents and students will receive additional information prior to the start of and throughout the summer regarding specific days, times and campus locations where students and parents will go to complete the Walk-Through Registration Process.


Course Selection:

To help students select the courses they are required to take or would like to take, we are including directions on how to complete the elective course request process in Tyler360. Students can only complete this through the Student Tyler Portal.

If your student cannot access their Tyler Student account, please contact Ms. Calvelli at Students must also complete the Google form that has been given to them in their alpha counselor’s Google Classroom.

Dual Enrollment:

If you are going to be a Junior or Senior in the 2021-2022 school year and you are interested in taking one or more Dual Enrollment classes offered on campus, we will have Pima Community College admissions specialists administering Pima’s Accuplacer student placement assessment on February 3rd10th and 17th. We will offer two testing sessions per day, 8:30a.m. – 11:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. – 3:30p.m.

Students will be excused from class for the duration they are completing the Accuplacer assessment(s).
