Thank you to all our Mesa Verde Families for your continued support and kindness.
As we approach the end of the year, don’t forget to make your Tax Credit donation before Dec. 31st. You can give up to $400 (if filing jointly/$200 single) to the school as a TAX CREDIT. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
The donation money can be designated towards different activities. An undesignated donation allows the school to use it for all the different activities. Tax Credit donations go towards buses for field trips, music programs, the arts, OM, REACH, extra PE activities, grade-level musicals, and so much more. Tax credits can also go towards “activity fees” such as field trips.
This past school year approximately $5000 was used to pay for bus transportation for student field trips. Students would not be able to experience these amazing field trips without your support.
We appreciate your donations in any amount. After making a donation you will receive a receipt to file with your taxes. You can make your donation at the School Office or online through our website.
If you, your business, or a business you know are looking to make charitable donations, the Mesa Verde PTO is a nonprofit organization. Donations to the Mesa Verde PTO are tax deductible (not a tax credit). Thank you for considering them for your end of year monetary donations.
