RETURNING Student Registration  for 2024-2025 school year

Registration is now completed online. Please click the following link to register your child. Online enrollment All forms required may be uploaded to the portal. the origianl birth certificate and language survey will need to be brought to the office.

  If you have moved outside our Mesa Verde attendance boundaries, please fill out this Open Enrollment Application. If you're not sure if you've moved outside of the boundaries you can call the office 520-696-6090 or email cstartt@amphi.com.
