Individuals, groups, or organizations who wish to use district facilities contact the Facility Usage Office to make rental arrangements. Types of permissible usage are outlined in governing board policies. The district serves the community by providing facilities for the following types of activities: polling sites, church services, recreation programs, Neighborhood Watch meetings, various civic group meetings, homeowners' association meetings, and college and university classes.
The Facility Usage Coordinator acts as a liaison between potential facility users and the district, schedules facilities for special events, writes and issues contracts, collects and files indemnification and insurance forms, manages soccer and Little League field usage, and collects rental fees.
