- Appropriate certification/licensure for position

*Requirements:
- Valid AZ Physical Therapy license
- Thorough knowledge of physical therapy school integration
- Knowledge of educational environment treatment techniques
- Knowledge of theories, treatment and research to service school-aged students with diabilities

Starting Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
Requirements:
- More than two years of technical school or college, or four years of field-related work.
- Extensive knowledge of telephone systems and voice mail systems as required.
- Knowledge of appropriate diagnostics, applications and report writers.
- Patient, courteous and tactful
- Possess a current AZ driver's license; good driving record.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate projects with vendors.
