| The District annually engages in a collaborative meet and confer process to develop a recommendation to the Governing Board of the District concerning compensation and fringe benefits for employees. This process involves a committee composed of representatives of the District Administration (representing the Governing Board) and representatives of the Amphitheater Education Association (representing certificated, support, and professional employees). A committee is currently meeting to develop a compensation package recommendation to the Governing Board for next fiscal year (2008-2009).
