Hi!  My name is Brett Daglio and I am a math intervention teacher here at Keeling Elementary.  I was born and raised in Tucson. I attended Blenman Elementary School, Doolen Middle School, and Catalina High School.  I have been married for the past twenty-three years and have two wonderful children.  Keeling Elementary has been my home for the entire length of my twenty-one year teaching career.

Defining Moment in my Education

I have chosen to dedicate myself to this profession for a variety of reasons.  The first reason being I truly love being around children.  Their creativity, innocence, and energy inspire me to meet their every need.  I have also noticed a need in today’s society for strong male role models.  I am hoping to fill that void by demonstrating that life has so much to offer us I we can stay on the right path and not succumb to  the many outside influences that surround us today. Finally, nothing is more fulfilling to me than to see twenty plus kids going home each day with a smile on their face and an even greater desire to return to school the next day.

Why I Teach at Keeling

I have called Keeling Elementary my home for the past twenty-one years because of the togetherness and sense of family that is felt the moment you step on our campus.  Keeling works very hard to make everyone feel valued and worthy of their time spent on our campus.
