• It is always fun to come and have lunch with your child at school. However, our space is limited and we have a very full cafeteria with students moving in and out at different times. Please follow the procedures outlined below:

     

    1. Please notify the teacher at least 1-day ahead of time if you plan on having ONE friend join them for lunch. This must be pre-planned, or it may cause a disruption and hurt feelings.

    2. All visitors must sign in at the office and wear a visitor sticker.

    3. Your child will enter the cafeteria from the courtyard. Please meet your child at the entrance.

    4. Weather permitting, you will sit at one of the many tables we have in the courtyard. If it is raining, we will set a table up in the cafeteria or use the library.

    5. If your child has a friend joining them, you may not share or bring food for that child. You may be unaware of any food allergies that the student has, and we must enforce the NO SHARE rule at all times with our students.

    6. Visitors are not allowed on the playground. Students may stay with their parents in the courtyard during recess time if they choose to do so.

    7. Visitors take on the responsibility of the supervision of the children that they are eating with and must ensure that they are following the school rules at all times.
