I am Mrs. Cuestas, and I feel honored to share my love of reading with our amazing students.

Defining Moment in Education:  My first introduction to a school library was when the book mobile came to my elementary school when I was in first grade; our school did not have a permanent library on site, and we waited with great anticipation for the book mobile to arrive-just a few times a year.  That book mobile sparked my love of libraries.  All children should have easy access to welcoming libraries full of a variety of literature which will engage their imaginations, evoke their emotions, spur their interests, and broaden their views.

Core Educational Belief:  Every child is entitled to a rigorous and challenging education provided within a warm, welcoming, and caring environment, including access to a library full of diversified literature and an atmosphere that fosters the love of reading. 

Prior Experience:  Prior to coming to Painted Sky, I have enjoyed working in a number of elementary and middle schools.
