Mr. Mark Bailey, 1st Grade Teacher

Welcome to my First Grade Class!  I am looking forward to an exciting year of learning, creating, and exploring!  Working together, we can and will make a difference in your child's educational journey!  I feel that it is imperative that we be in communication about your child's progress.  Please make sure you are reading our Weekly Newsletter that is sent home, via email, each Monday as it contains pertinent and up to date information about what is happening in our classroom!  If you need a hard copy of the newsletter, please let me know.  Please make sure that you have signed up to receive text messages from Mr. Bailey, via the Remind app.  Please contact me if you need the directions to sign up for Remind text messages.

TEAM:  Together Everyone Achieves More

Painted Sky Elementary School, Together We Soar!

Defining Moment in Education:  The realization of the impact that I have on my students lives on a daily basis.  I am the driving force that directs each student on a daily basis.

Core Educational Belief:  It is my fundamental belief that children learn best when they are actively involved in their learning.  To the visiting observer, our room looks somewhat like a beehive with a great deal of movement with the beekeeper directing and encouraging all to succeed and do their individual best.
