• In October 2017, 12th graders at Amphi High participated in the College Application Campaign and Senior Success Conference. Former AHS graduate Rudy Padilla kicked off the 2017 event as keynote speaker, followed by breakout sessions offered to students on topics ranging from Resume Writing, Mock Interviews, College Applications, FAFSA Applications, Social Media Responsibility and much, much more.

    Over 30 community volunteers participated in Mock Interviews and led presentations: ASVAB Military officials, Pima Federal Credit Union, various small business owners, Amphi District office personnel, Rotary Club, University of Arizona and PCC. 
    Numerous staff members participated as presenters and event planners.

    Notably, students experienced the structure of a professional conference, an opportunity that will prepare them for conferences in their professional future.
