Immunization services are available at these Pima County Health Department locations.

North Office: 3550 N. First Avenue, Tucson, AZ Phone (520) 724-2850 - Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 5:00pm and 2nd Thursday of every month until 6:00pm (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00pm).

East Office: 6920 E. Broadway Boulevard, Tucson, AZ Phone (520) 724-9650 - Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 5:00pm (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00pm).

Theresa Lee Clinic: 1493 W. Commerce Court, Tucson, AZ Phone (520) 724-7900 - Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 5:00pm.

• Always take immunization records/book so that new shots may be noted.
