Mission
Our mission is to empower every student to thrive in college, careers, and life through personalized learning, strong relationships, and AVID strategies that build the skills, confidence, and mindset for lifelong success.
Vision
Instruction: We create classrooms where students are actively involved in their learning and challenged to think critically, ask questions, and take ownership of their success. With AVID strategies and personalized supports, every student is equipped with the tools and confidence to achieve their goals and be ready for college, careers, and life beyond school.
Leadership: We believe that everyone in our school community is a leader. Our staff leads with care, innovation, and respect, while also encouraging students to find and use their own voice. By modeling and practicing leadership together, we create a school where every person feels valued and inspired to grow.
Systems: Our school systems are designed to work for students, families, and staff. Through clear processes and purposeful use of time and resources, we support teaching and learning that reflects our mission. We align our systems with AVID and personalized learning to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Culture: We build a school culture where everyone belongs and is expected to do their best. We celebrate differences, work together, and hold high expectations for learning and behavior. Through collaboration, AVID routines, and a focus on kindness and responsibility, we create a safe and inclusive space where students and staff can thrive.
