Hi Parents and Students

I have been a math teacher and basketball coach in the Tucson area for over 25 years.  In 2008, I took the Algebra and Geometry teaching position at Wilson K-8.  Over the past 15 years at Wilson K-8 I have been fortunate to have hundreds of great kids in my class.  One of my greatest joys is to running into former students who are currently working in a math-related field.  Prior to teaching at Wilson, I taught math and coached basketball at Ironwood Ridge, St. Gregory, Green Fields Country Day and Benson High School.  I also coached the men's basketball team at Pima Community College for two years and I am currently running Hardwood Hoops youth basketball. 

My college years were spent at The University of Arizona where I earned a BS in Education with a coaching minor and also a MS in Sports Administration.  Although my experience at the UA was amazing and I will always be a Wildcat, I was born in Ohio, so my heart is with "The" Ohio State Buckeyes (O-H....I-O).  My grandparents from both sides of the family are from Massachusets - Go Sox!
