Welcome to Computer Technology! This is my 13th year with the Amphi School District and Wilson Middle School. I am grateful and excited to be teaching this year. I previously held the position of Behavior Intervention Monitor. It was in this position that I had my a-ha moment and knew that I wanted to teach. In addition to teaching, I am also the Yearbook and School Newspaper Advisor which is an afterschool club for seventh and eighth grade students.
My husband and I have lived in Oro Valley for 20 years. Both of our children attended Wilson from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade and graduated from Ironwood Ridge High School. When I am not at school, I enjoy crafting.
It is my ultimate goal for each of my students to experience success and to foster a love of computers. I believe that using technology in the classroom helps students stay engaged and it transforms the learning experience. If used correctly, technology empowers students to be more creative and more connected.
