Setting Up Zoom 

   To Set-up a Zoom Account                                                                                                    

1. Open a browser
2. Go to zoom.us
3. Click on Sign Up, It's Free in the upper right-hand corner
4. When prompted choose to Sign Up with the Google link instead of typing in the email address  
5. Choose the correct account
6. Click the blue Create Account button
7. Click on Host a Meeting
8. Select Video On
9. Select Install from Chrome Web Store
10. Select Add to Chrome
11. Select Add app

***Devices that already have the extension will prompt you to Open Zoom Meeting  

To Join a Zoom Meeting                

• Option A
  • Click on a zoom link                                            
  • Download/install the app when prompted  
• Option B
  • Open a browser
  • Go to Zoom.us
  • Click Join Meeting in the upper-right corner
  • Type in the Meeting ID
  • Click
  • Join
  • Add your name
